Who can use Summify
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Summify. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Acceptable use
You may use Summify only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
- Upload only content you own or have permission to process.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
- Do not abuse the service (for example automated scraping, attempting to bypass credit limits, or disrupting other users).
- Do not reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service without our written permission.
Your uploaded files
Your uploaded files are processed securely and automatically deleted after processing.
Transcripts and summaries may remain in your account history; the original media file is not kept after the job finishes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
AI limitations
Summify uses AI to transcribe and summarize your media. Outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors.
- Summaries and transcripts are for convenience only—not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
- Accuracy depends on audio quality, accents, language, and file length; always review results before relying on them.
- You are responsible for how you use or share AI-generated content.
Credits and purchases
Summify runs on prepaid credits. There is no recurring subscription—you buy credit packs when you need more.
- New accounts may receive free signup credits as shown on our website; promotional amounts can change.
- Each summarization job consumes credits based on processing (length, transcription, and summary settings). Usage estimates are guides, not guarantees.
- Purchased credits are added to your account after payment is confirmed through Paddle, our payment provider.
- Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money except where required by law.
- We may change credit pack prices, bundle sizes, or bonus offers at any time for future purchases.
Refunds
Because Summify delivers digital credits instantly after purchase, refunds are generally not available once credits are delivered, except for verified billing or processing errors or where required by law. See our Refund Policy.
Account termination
You may stop using Summify at any time. Account deletion requests from your profile deactivate your account immediately—they do not necessarily erase all data on our systems.
- Profile → Delete account deactivates your access right away and signs you out. You cannot sign in again until we restore your account—contact us via the Contact us page.
- Deactivation is not the same as permanent deletion. Some data may be retained for operational, legal, fraud prevention, or billing purposes.
- To request permanent deletion of your personal data, contact us at support@summify.net or via the Contact us page (see our Privacy Policy).
- We may suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.
- After deactivation, unused credits are not refundable unless a billing error applies.
General
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when this page was revised.
Summify is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed in your jurisdiction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
